Our mission is to help individuals and families live, learn, work and play in their communities with equality, dignity and independence. Annually, over 7,000 people in New Jersey with developmental disabilities including autism, physical disabilities, mental illness and other special needs receive services in our programs designed to help them work toward achieving independence and full community-integration.

NCWD/Youth is your source for information about employment and youth with disabilities. Our partners — experts in disability, education, employment, and workforce development — strive to ensure you will be provided with the highest quality, most relevant information available.

Provides caring support and guidance to people with special needs through programs that empower, enrich and inspire. It was in the spirit of love and community service that CEA was originally founded by family members of adults with disabilities, and that spirit continues today as we carry out our mission to serve and help to improve the lives of people with special needs through education, skill building and employment. CEA is  centrally located in Hunterdon County, New Jersey.

The Family Resource Network helps individuals prepare for, find and keep work. To access our services you must be referred by one of the following agencies: NJ Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired, NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities, NJ Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services Fee for Service funding.

If you do not receive services from one of these agencies, a self-pay option is available.
